The room was laid out nicely, and the location is great. The bed was really uncomfortable, though, and getting hold of the host was difficult.

Getting the instructions was a problem from the start. We still hadn't received anything ten minutes before arrival, so we had to call several times. The TV doesn't work either, and after we complained repeatedly, they've stopped responding. The street is close to the center, but cars can't go through it, and nobody warned us. We also called to ask for an invoice, which I expect to get before we leave. We're staying here now, and the customer service has been very poor. With so many places to choose from, I'd pick somewhere else.

The owner was so friendly and ready to help, and Carretería was a great place to stay. The apartment was lovely and clean, with restaurants, shops, and tourist sights all nearby. A perfect stay right in the heart of this beautiful Spanish city! 🇪🇸✨
