I had to leave after just one night because the apartment wasn’t in acceptable condition. The bed made extremely loud noises whenever I moved, so I couldn’t sleep. There was also water on parts of the floor, which looked like water damage and made the place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It hadn’t been cleaned properly when I arrived, and the overall condition was poor, yet later I was asked to pay cleaning costs. That seemed unreasonable when the apartment was already dirty and the floor was wet at check-in. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and it took far too long to address the problems. The whole experience was stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless maintenance, cleanliness and communication improve significantly.
