The price was far too high for the quality, and the owner was extremely rude, with no understanding of basic customer service. There's no reception, so there's no personal contact. After my bad review, the response below was full of lies. This person ruined my holiday in Malaga. I travel often and have never experienced such an attitude or such a lack of respect for a customer. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS ACCOMMODATION AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

The bathroom had no window or ventilation, and it felt damp and smelled bad. My room wasn't very clean either. Check-in was complicated, and I wasn't happy with how I was treated. 😤👎

We'd told them at booking that we'd arrive after midnight, but the owner couldn't be reached. We spent an hour on the phone while he tried to explain how to get into the apartment, but it didn't work. He never came in person or showed up at all. We'd paid in advance and ended up stranded, searching for somewhere else to stay overnight. There was no empathy, interest, or professionalism. Not worth even €1.

The room was very spacious and had a TV, air conditioning, a kettle, and a small terrace. It's near the center, with buses and other services right outside. The automatic entrance door wouldn't open because of a problem, but the owner fixed it quickly. A very convenient place.

The room was very clean and the host was friendly. It's around a 15-minute walk to the city center, and about 25 minutes on foot to the train and bus stations. Some added shelves in the bathroom and a few coat hangers in the room would improve the furnishings.
