The apartments are clean and tidy, with good sound-proofing, a good roof space and a decent parking area. The staff were friendly, and there's a large supermarket nearby. There was some litter and debris outside, which hopefully will be cleared once the building work is over. The gym is very good, and the recent additions were welcome. It could still use a couple of 2.5kg plates and a rowing machine.

The rooftop pool and terrace with its 360 view were just perfect. This is a great new apartment, well equipped and nicely decorated, with air conditioning throughout as well as fans. The bed was great, and there was even a small walk-in wardrobe. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Málaga's old center.

This is the highest building in Málaga, with a beautiful view across the whole city and the setting sun. The location is amazing once you get access to the apartment. It was very well priced, with a kitchen and two bedrooms, right next to the soccer stadium, Mercado and park.

My previous review was cancelled, so I'm posting it again. The staff were rude and disrespectful, especially the bald security guy from the swimming pool. At checkout he yelled at me and acted aggressively, making me feel physically threatened while I was there on my own as a woman. I've never had such horrible treatment as a paying guest. Edit: I'm glad to see other reviews describing the same problem with this employee. And yes, this is the correct address, paseo de martiricos 30, the two skyscrapers. The reply confirmed how little you care about hospitality or guests, and that profit is what matters. It's not the guest's responsibility to sort this out. If you rent holiday apartments to paying guests and building staff treat them so rudely, it's up to you to deal with it, unless you want more bad reviews. I've already seen more about other apartments too. Telling people to "enjoy their lives" is quite unprofessional 😂 People want to enjoy the holiday they paid for, not be treated like scum by a rude security guy who doesn't know how to behave with customers. Anywhere else, that kind of behavior wouldn't be tolerated.
