Lucia was especially helpful with quick replies and clear communication. We had a great stay in Malaga, and the apartment was comfortable and worked well for us. It’s very close to the city centre. The rooms were cozy, and when the AC remote and safe needed new batteries, the small issues were sorted promptly. Thanks, and hope to see you again!

The night after we checked in, we spent hours emptying a container beneath the leaking water tank. It filled quickly, and my husband stayed awake through the night to keep up with it. Water had already flooded the kitchen and living room, and the downstairs neighbours came over to help, but there was no way to stop the leak. Holidays 2 Malaga’s emergency number didn’t help or send an engineer, and when we turned down their offer of somewhere outside Malaga, they cancelled our reservation. We’d booked a flat in Malaga city center. It was a nightmare, and I don’t recommend this company. They didn’t solve the problem or seem to care about us as customers. There are better hotels in Malaga.

We had a wonderful, clean apartment with a washing machine, cooker, pans, and a bath. It was very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The downside was how noisy the nights got, with a pub across the street, a terrace on the corner, and traffic outside.

The location was great, with everything nearby, but getting our €150 deposit back was nearly a problem. They said we’d left the apartment dirty, which we hadn’t. There was a bottle we left on the table, and the cleaner had thrown the towels onto the sofa. The door knobs were also in terrible condition.
