Hotel La Minilla

The way the staff treated the employees left a bad impression. They’re people, not slaves, and with that atmosphere we nearly got up and left. We should have. The meal was poor too: the eggplant was badly fried and oily, the potatoes were boiled instead of fried, and the migas were overcooked and barely seasoned. For the quality, it was expensive. Once was enough.

The meat was great and the service stood out. There’s also a bar upstairs from the restaurant where you can stop for a drink later.

The restaurant was pretty loud, which was expected. The food tasted fairly good, though portions were small and the prices felt high for this kind of place.

My entrecote came out overcooked.
