The apartment on the fifth floor is called “Atico”. The ILoftMalaga Website makes it look stylish, with modern forniture. But once you arrive, there are problems: the bathroom tap leaks from underneath, the freezer is broken, the WiFi doesn't work, the towels are dirty, and there's dirty water left in the housekeeper's bucket. This is my fourth time with ILoftMalaga, and it's the same story every time. They say sorry, but the problems keep happening. I'm really over it. This year they stopped supporting us, too, and after one day we still couldn't use one bathroom tap. They call themselves real estate renting, but I can't pay 200€ per day for this kind of service.
