I had to book somewhere else and got no refund. I'd reserved this hotel for one night before an early flight because it's close to the airport. On the day, someone contacted me on WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time and complained that I hadn't answered a message on the booking site for a week. I was on holiday and hadn't checked my email, but replied that day about when I could arrive or collect the keys. Check-in was only allowed from 15:00 to 22:00, and they wouldn't let me come outside that window or use self check-in.

Breakfast was topped up every day, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The room is small but nice, with a private courtyard too. I'd recommend it for couples or two people travelling together.

The host was really friendly, and checking in and out was easy. It's well placed for the airport. Breakfast was a bit limited and pretty expensive, but I had a good stay.
