They’ve updated the play equipment, so it doesn’t look like the older photos anymore. The big structure and giant slide are gone, but it’s still a very nice park.

My three-year-old’s favorite part was the big slide. We went in the morning, when the playground was clean and quiet, and the kids could use up some energy before the heat set in. It’s right in the downtown center, and I’d definitely recommend it for little ones.
There are often other children around for kids to meet, since tourists visit regularly, and the location is very central. Watch out for the big slide in summer because it gets really hot. A bit more greenery and some bike racks or poles would be nice.
For a refreshment, there are two restaurants or tapas bars right beside this family-friendly spot. They open in the afternoon.
A complete disappointment. I wouldn’t even bother going.
