The room is small but cozy, with a nice shower, clean bathroom, and a little kitchenette stocked with the basics. Cooking is definitely possible, though we were out most of the day and only used the kettle. The bed felt a bit firm at first, but it turned out to be comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. We slept like babies. It’s handy for the station, and there are plenty of shops, pharmacies, cafés, and tapas bars nearby. We did sometimes hear other guests because the soundproofing isn’t great, but everything else was good.

We stayed for a week at the end of January. The place was spotless, which is my top priority, and really quiet, my second. It’s an easy walk to SoHo and only two blocks from both the train and bus stations, which was handy since we used both. Customer service was the best part. We arrived to a cold room and thought the heat wasn’t working, but they answered straight away and brought us a space heater. Later we realized we’d set the heating system wrong and it had been working fine. They also brought extra pillows when we asked, and helped us store our bags on the last day. I can’t say enough about the excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

The location worked really well for us: it sits between two lively areas, but the accommodation itself was peaceful, and the beach was an easy walk or a bus ride from nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and roomy enough, and the staff were warm and friendly. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend booking here.

The online check-in made arriving late at night easy after our flight was delayed. Staff were quick to respond by email and WhatsApp, which was great.
