Luxury Apartment Alcazaba

The apartment was clean and well organized, and the location made it easy to walk to the Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, restaurants, and other parts of Malaga center. But arriving after a long trip was difficult. The stairwell was very dark, the apartment number wasn’t clear, and the lockbox numbers were small and faded. I needed my phone flashlight, and with two boxes beside each other it was confusing. A kind resident helped us get inside. The “balcony” was just a Juliet balcony, and our window faced a fenced-off construction site. Street noise was significant, with nearby terraces open late. The two-layer shutters were hard to close and rattled in the wind at night, making sleep difficult. We wouldn’t book again, partly because we’re older and prefer quieter places. For younger travelers looking for a central, clean base who don’t mind city noise, it could work fine.

The staff really made my stay special. They were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about making things go well. The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Apartamentos Alcazaba is just steps from the Alcazaba, with everything else I wanted to explore in Málaga a short walk away. I had a wonderful, memorable trip and will definitely return.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with easy communication. They’re right in the heart of Malaga, overlooking one of the city’s best plazas. I can highly recommend them.
