I arrived at 1 am on July 14th after arranging an early check-in with Malaga Center Flat. I had told the host my arrival time several times, but the property was still occupied by other guests, leaving me stranded in the middle of the night. They seemed not to have read the date and time properly and weren't ready for me. Then, instead of accepting responsibility or showing concern, the host blamed me for checking in early and was dismissive and unprofessional. They'd also sent the wrong property address, which added to the confusion. Communication during the stay was poor too. They didn't respond promptly or deal with my concerns effectively, and I felt abandoned and unsupported. The whole experience was a nightmare. The host showed no accountability over the check-in arrangements and no regard for guest welfare. I strongly advise people to stay away from Malaga Center Flat and choose a host who keeps their commitments.

It was okay, but what we got didn't look like the photos we saw.

The place was DIRTY, with unacceptable sanitary conditions. After taking a deposit, the company wouldn't discuss insurance or anything after the shower glass cracked. They also blamed us for the elevator breaking down on the day we used it, which seemed like another sign of their bad intentions. Ms. Myriam was rude, ignored the problems, and isn't suited to a managerial role. The company was completely uncooperative and seemed intent on extorting money.

The manager, Ms. Myriam, was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. The apartment was filthy too, with dust everywhere, an unclean bathroom, and a general feeling that it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. They kept our deposit over cracked shower glass and refused to communicate with us, though we wanted to discuss it. The company also claimed the elevator had stopped working because we'd used it on a day they called an emergency. That sort of lying is unacceptable. I have screenshots showing their arrogance and incompetence. Their response is slanderous and untrue.
