NH Málaga Hotel

We were really happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. It’s close enough to the old town, but quiet enough to be away from the bustle. We also liked the eco-friendly touches, like water recycling and being able to skip daily cleaning and unnecessary towel changes. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We were upgraded from a Balcony to a superior room, which was a fantastic holiday surprise. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and when I ordered extra pillows through the web-based app, they arrived at our door quite quickly with a friendly smile. We’d happily stay here again.

Vanessa and Ursula made breakfast mornings especially pleasant. Vanessa was always smiling, and Ursula was warm and accommodating. Their calm, generous manner sent people off with a smile, even when many of us were clearly thinking about the long day of EU political meetings ahead. They created a light, friendly atmosphere that set a positive tone for the day. It’s a small thing, but it shows how much people and their attitude can shape a stay. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and really embodied Spanish hospitality. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

We had a clean, quiet room, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was accommodating when we arrived by bike and let us store our bikes there. There are plenty of places to eat and museums within walking distance. I’d recommend NH to friends.

The location was great, close to the train station and within walking distance of the historic centre and lots of bars and restaurants. It’s also an easy stroll along the promenade to the marina and beach. Breakfast had a wide choice, including gluten-free options. From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. Muchas gracias! We’ll definitely be back.
