Niño de Guevara Malagaflat

From the living room you can hear seagulls gathering noisily on the roof from 6 a.m., and the noise carries to the sofa bed. The apartment faces northeast, with a view toward Gibralfaro Castle. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's on the fourth floor in a very central spot, beautifully renovated, and well equipped with a fridge, small induction cooktop, cookware, dishes, kettle, and toaster. There's air conditioning that's quiet enough to use at night. Towels are provided, but not beach towels. The bathroom can only be reached through the bedroom. The price for what you get is excellent, and communication with the management office, about 350 metres away, was easy, straightforward, and friendly.

The apartment is new and looks like the photos, but two bars right under the building make an infernal racket at night. There were arguments and drunk people shouting. We were there with a child and couldn't sleep at all for two nights. We don't recommend it.

Malagaflat sent everything over WhatsApp super clearly, and the apartment was clean, very spacious, and had everything provided. My boyfriend and I stayed a week and were extremely happy with the location, hygiene, and facilities. I had read about evening noise in earlier reviews. There are three nightclubs at the end of the street, but I think the sound echoing through the streets mostly carries people's laughter and loud conversations. You don't hear the music itself. With earplugs, I had no problem falling asleep peacefully. We'll come back as soon as we can. Thanks, Malagaflat.
