Only YOU Hotel Malaga

We’ve stayed at a couple of other hotels in Malaga, but this is the one we’ll come back to. It’s centrally placed for getting around, and the whole hotel was spotless. The rooftop bar has great views. Our De Luxe Soho room was very spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had an incredible range and quality. All the staff were professional and helpful, but Adrian at reception and Kerfala in Lola at breakfast stood out. Kerfala was warm and funny while remaining very professional, and made us feel like more than just guests. She’s a real asset to the Hotel.

We stayed seven nights and felt thoroughly spoiled. Sabrina, who manages the terrace bar, made us feel like we were her only customers. She was attentive, cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

The room didn’t feel very cozy and was really cold, and the AC wasn’t working. The service from the staff at Carmen Bar down Carlos was very good, and they were helpful. Kerfala upstairs at breakfast helped us with a gluten free option. I’d have liked more hot breakfast dishes, like in Madrid, and more Gluten free choices.

There are loads of great restaurants and museums within walking distance, and the hotel is right in the city center with a sea view. Our room was large and well equipped, with both a bathtub and shower as well as that view. Breakfast had a wide selection, fresh food, and good coffee. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean. There’s a small gym, though with Malaga’s weather and the lovely surroundings, you might prefer to go jogging. A great place to stay in Malaga.
