This has been the worst thing that's ever happened to me. We arrived to find broken electrical outlets, dirty bedding, a coffee maker that was still being used from the previous stay, a broken refrigerator, and bugs in the bathroom. When we complained, someone came to the house while we were out, without getting our consent first 🤦‍♀️. It's a scam. I can't get the site to let me post photos.

It was a bad experience. We'd booked months ahead when they suddenly told me the apartment wasn't available anymore because someone was living there. They offered another option, but we weren't interested. They took no responsibility and showed very little empathy. One person in our booking has special needs, and we're trying to find an apartment that can accommodate our limitations.

Less than three weeks before our stay, they asked us to cancel because they couldn't provide the service. There was no sensible explanation and no reasonable alternative. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them.
