The support was very good, and the apartment was super clean, with a great bed and a small but fine bathroom. Smartr appartement is in a very central spot in a newly renovated block, and it has all the amenities needed. There are fantastic street views through the three living-room windows. It can be noisy at night, but closing the windows keeps it from being an issue.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot for visiting all the sights. Check-in was simple and fully digital, and communication was excellent. I got quick replies to my questions on WhatsApp. The accommodation was modern, very clean and comfortable. The downsides were the breakfast, which wasn’t great, and some noise from nearby nightclubs in the early hours, even though the street itself was lovely and quiet during the day. Next time, I’d get breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes instead.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Smatr had left earplugs for everyone, which was thoughtful, though it was quiet outside during the off-season and we didn’t need them. The only thing that needs fixing is the outer balcony door. A little breeze made it flap and bang against the glass doors and wall, waking us early in the morning. We were there in March, during spring. The lovely apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need one floor up. Warm slippers were a good idea, since the floor is marble. Good value for the price.

Beatriz is so kind, and I’ll be back soon. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was really tasty, and the location is right in the city center. I had an amazing stay.

This place surprised us and was better than we expected. It’s really clean and modern, and the location is A1. Sure, there can be noise outside sometimes, but it’s the busy city center. Hard to find anything to fault.
