4/10
The location is a real plus: on a quiet street, yet only a few minutes from the city center. The staff are friendly, though that's the minimum I'd expect from a professional hotel chain. The room feels dated and basic, and the bathroom finishes look cheap. There were several practical problems: a hole in the flexible shower hose meant poor water pressure; the sink takes up about 80% of the counter, leaving barely any room for toiletries; and there's no soap holder or dispenser by the bidet. They also provide no bathroom extras such as body lotion, a comb, soap or a vanity kit. This didn't feel like a four-star stay.

It was a pleasure staying here. The location is lovely and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and places to visit nearby. The staff were pleasant and quick, and the rooms came well equipped with soaps, shampoos and other products. Breakfast, though, wasn't one of the hotel's strong points.

The rooftop bar was a nice bonus, and the location worked perfectly for us, near both the city center and the marina. The rooms were good and the showers great. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't seem to work.

We had enough room and the hotel looked nice, though you could see the usual wear and tear at the end of the season. It's easily one of the better boutique hotels, and the staff were amazing. The woman at evening reception was especially kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Thank you.

10/10
The location made getting around easy, with supermarkets, train and bus stations, the beach, city center and port all close by. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. The reception staff were consistently kind and helpful, patiently answering all the many questions my brother and I had, even while busy with work. Our room was very clean and had good air conditioning. Housekeeping kept everything tidy and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Málaga.
