The location worked well for us, with a bus stop nearby, and the beds and mattresses were comfortable. The heating and air conditioning worked well too. There were coffee capsules and basic spices when we arrived, a nice touch, and a bakery and seafood shop close by. We stayed 11 nights over the holiday period, though, and had a long list of problems. The kitchen was in very poor shape. The frying pans were destroyed and unusable, so I bought one myself. The administrator promised to reimburse me but never did. Some utensils were dirty or damaged, and the toaster and oven had burnt food inside. No dish soap or sponge was supplied, and the dishwasher didn’t work at all. The coffee machine’s water tank leaked and seemed damaged. The fridge smelled unpleasant, and one shelf was slightly broken. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable. The TV was laptop-sized, had only a few local channels, and wasn’t a Smart TV. Old bathroom fixtures made it hard to regulate the water temperature. Getting in was very impractical with a stroller. The entrance is extremely narrow, and reaching the elevator requires climbing many stairs. Noise was another major problem: the apartment is near a busy intersection, and garbage bins under the building are emptied around 1 am, very loudly. For light sleepers or families with small children, this place is simply unacceptable. A few things were good, but the technical, cleanliness, and noise issues made the stay very disappointing.
