There are cockroaches in the room! I sent pictures, but the person responsible for looking after us and the room ignored me and said there were none. That's unacceptable. Avoid this place!

There are cockroaches in the apartment!! Luis, who handed us the keys, completely ignored us. He won't help, doesn't answer the phone, and gives curt replies every few messages!!!

THIEVES!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I stayed from the 4th -7th of March and paid a €150 deposit. Once I was back in the UK, they took €119 from it, claiming I'd damaged a duvet. I hadn't. That thin, basic duvet couldn't cost more than €20 at IKEA. The flat was tiny, dirty and horrible, and on top of that they stole my money. Such a disgraceful experience.

They won't cancel the reservation. We sent the cancellation many days before the deadline. There's no customer service at the apartment to answer the phone, just a message telling us to contact the booking agency. This isn't professional service.

The flats are nice, with good facilities and are fairly clean. The kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade.
