Hotel Vincci Seleccion Posada del Patio

Our check-in came with a lovely surprise, a Roscon de Reyes waiting for us. The bed was huge and so comfortable I didn’t want to come home, and the hotel itself felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Breakfast was a good buffet and set us up well for the day. We stayed at the Vincci in the first week of January during Three Kings. It’s in a brilliant spot near museums, bars, and restaurants, and Maria Zambrano station is under half an hour away on foot. I’d stay there again in a second.

The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. When I brought up an issue in the middle of the night, they were very accommodating and dealt with it kindly. The beds were fantastically comfortable, and the restaurant food was excellent. It’s close to both the old town and the station. I’d definitely recommend this luxury hotel.

Valentina and Marta at the front desk, Noel from guest relations, and José, our concierge, were especially helpful. They stayed patient and welcoming while we worked out what to do, and their calm attention to detail really stood out. We’d accidentally booked for the wrong day, and the hotel was very busy, but the team still helped us arrange a new room and made us feel at home. Vincci Selección Málaga gave us excellent service. I highly recommend it, especially for the staff. Five stars without hesitation.

We were upgraded for our two-night stay, and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were so helpful, and breakfast was very good, with a wide range of à la carte options as well as a good buffet. The hotel is well located, with most sights an easy walk away.
