Pension Los Molinos

After more than 12 days traveling around Spain and sleeping in a different hotel every night, I haven’t found a cleaner place. The room had all the amenities, including a fridge, and the woman working there was very kind, attentive and helpful. The price is among the most competitive I’ve come across.

I’d had a reservation for three weeks for work, but the owner called the day before I was due to arrive and said I couldn’t stay. I had to find somewhere else at short notice. Very unprofessional management and a really bad experience. I don’t recommend it.

It’ll do if you’re not too fussy. The rooms are clean but very basic, and there was no hot water. Most look onto an interior courtyard with poor ventilation. You can hear everything from the other rooms because there’s no soundproofing.

The Wi-Fi was good and very cheap, but that was about the only redeeming thing. The room itself wasn’t bad, yet the bathroom was tiny, with the toilet and shower squeezed into a space smaller than my closet at home. It was very dirty, far too much so given the current situation, and my shower had no hot water. The TV sounded awful, and I could hear people in the next room snoring. The receptionist was unfriendly, and there was only one power outlet, in the bathroom. Everything else was terrible, shabby, and the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely don’t recommend it.
