We had a spacious room overlooking the pool, with a big balcony, a lovely bathroom and air conditioning that worked properly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, near the beach, shops and restaurants. There's also a train stop nearby with a direct link to Barcelona. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool was clean and well looked after with plenty of loungers. The bar had a good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We chose all-inclusive; lunch and dinner could have been a little better, though there was enough variety for less fussy eaters to find something. Staff were kind and professional, especially the afternoon bartender, who was wonderful. There was also paid parking behind the hotel gate, with roomy spaces. We really enjoyed staying here and would happily come back. Thank you! ❤️

The elderly lady DJ was the kindest person on the staff, so warm and positive. The rest of the service was a real low point. People were often rude, arrogant and unfriendly. When I asked for tap water at lunch or dinner, they rolled their eyes and handed over a jug as if looking down on me. Drinks weren't served with those meals, and bringing your own wasn't allowed. The food was tasty, the grounds were large and tidy, and the hotel sits right on the beach. But the room layout was absurd: there was no bathroom door, so with three of us sharing, we could see one another showering. The air conditioning barely worked and the room was always hot. Three young ladies were especially unpleasant. They tried to make me leave a table because I was sitting alone, even though I was only waiting for my friends. An older bald man at reception was also extremely rude. Once, he wouldn't let me into my friends' room to get my hairdryer, saying he simply didn't feel like letting me in.

The restaurant hostess and the barman at Harry’s Bar deserve a special mention, but every staff member we met was lovely, even the cleaning staff. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs, and it made a big difference. The hotel was spotless from the moment we walked in, with the smell of lemon cleaner everywhere. The pool is beautiful, there are sunbeds everywhere, and we couldn't fault the food, even with two fussy adults in our group. The location is great for browsing the many shops, and there's a big arcade-style park five minutes down the road for kids. We've been here since Friday, 3rd August 2025, and honestly this is the best hotel I've stayed at anywhere in Europe. Thank you, Alegria Maripins, from the Girls in 118 🫶🏼

The two older men behind the bar made the stay uncomfortable. They seemed to have an attitude toward British guests, especially younger ones, served other people first, made sarcastic remarks and acted as if serving us was a chore. The one-drink-per-person rule already meant queuing repeatedly on an all-inclusive holiday, and they enforced it with needless hostility. The rest of the staff were polite, and the hotel itself has potential. The rooms were clean, the pool area was nice and the food was decent for all-inclusive, but those two bar staff dragged down the whole stay. I wouldn't come back unless management dealt with their attitude.
