It's below average and seems to rely on being near the airport to get bookings. The rooms are basic, and at 5:30 h there was no warm or hot water even after waiting ten minutes. Other guests were very loud. Too expensive for too little value, so I can't recommend it.

I can't recommend this place. It was noisy the whole time, from the street, the neighbours, the cleaning ladies, and so on.

For just a few hours before a flight from Manises airport, this basic place is available without costing a fortune. You can stay here for a “penny”. I don't get the reviews that compare it on quality. I'm glad it's an option when I need somewhere to crash for a few hours.

I couldn't sleep at all because you could hear literally EVERYTHING happening in the other rooms at midnight, haha. The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, and even the sheets were dirty. I won't get into the bathroom condition. Disgusting. Worst experience I've ever had. Never, ever again.

The area felt clean and safe, and the hotel is right in front of the metro, with parking just around the corner. My room was clean, and they offered to refresh it after the first night. There was a 24/7 concierge too. I had a good stay and would highly recommend it if you're driving to Valencia and commuting to the city centre each day.
