TARRADELLAS_3, PARA 14 PERSONAS, muy cerca Estació de Sants, llegada tren aeropuerto, muy bien comunicado y rodeado de comercios y restaurants

We were a group of 10 and had a really bad stay. The apartment smelled terrible as soon as we opened the door, and the bathrooms were tiny and dirty. After checkout, the host blocked 150€ on our credit card for cleaning, even though cleaning was already included in what we paid. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were unhygienic, and some were so small they felt claustrophobic for one person, even though they were listed for two. The bathrooms were tiny, and one only had cold water. There was also an unpleasant smell as soon as I arrived. The housekeepers gave us the wrong information about quiet hours. We thought we could be loud until 10 p.m., but were told to keep quiet from 6 p.m. If we’d known, we probably wouldn’t have booked. A shame about the money. I hope both the host and I learn from this experience.

Berta, our housekeeper, was really nice and friendly. The flat was a bit old fashioned, but clean and adequate for what we needed. Its location suited us, just a few minutes’ walk from the Chabbad Jewish Center, and there’s underground parking nearby for an extra cost. The apartment was on the third floor, with no elevator, and getting up all those slippery stairs was a lot. There was air conditioning only in the living room, while the bedrooms had fans, so they got a little hot in summer.

The stairs didn’t bother me. I’ve stayed in Barcelona many times, and lots of buildings there have them. A bit of exercise is always good! The stay was great, and being near public transport, the airport bus, and Sants station made this visit much more comfortable.
