Aitor was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to reach. The rooms had been renovated and were clean. We were grateful that he let us keep our little dog in the room. The hostal is in the middle of the old town, so the location is good. The one thing that could be improved is the climate control.

Our bike broke down in the town center while we were passing through, and the team found us somewhere to stay for the night. The manager turned out to be a biker and helped us however he could, even lending us his own bike so we could go to the shop and pick ours up. The service was excellent and everything was in great shape. Nothing but good things to say about them.

The service felt friendly and family-like, and the price was exceptional. Bringing our dog was no problem either. The building is old, but the rooms are tasteful and cozy, with a modern touch compared with other places. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

The helpful Aitor told me the hostel was full, but that alone doesn't mean things are being done right. The service was friendly, sure, but it needs to be more than that. I won't go into the location. There's room to improve in every way. You're young and humble.

More than a month before my business trip, I booked a room. Then, the day before I was due to travel, they called to cancel, apparently because other guests wanted a longer stay and that would make them more money. I find that unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend booking here if you're travelling alone or only staying one night. If you're a big group staying several nights, maybe they'll even put you in other guests' beds to make room. They say the customer is always right, and they've certainly proved that. YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM, EVEN WITH A RESERVATION. The cancellation ruined my business trip, and with less than 24 hours' notice I had a lot of trouble reorganizing everything.
