Boutique Hotel Sant Roc & Spa

The spa and location were great, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful, cozy and very clean. We had an amazing four-night holiday, with extremely friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

The location is good, but the rooms are tiny, with nowhere to put a bag and no way to make coffee. At €200 a night, we felt short-changed. We were in a ground-floor room beside the entrance, and from 7:30-8:00 every morning the door slammed about every ten minutes as people came and went. It was impossible to sleep. Far too expensive for what you get.

The first night, we shared our room with two mature cockroaches. There’s also no outdoor space to sit, and using the spa costs an extra €20 per person for each hour. The room is split into a small lounge and a small bedroom. I think it would make better use of the space without the divider, which only holds a television on each side. Still, the hotel is perfectly located, and the staff were excellent whenever we dealt with them. There’s an excellent cafe opposite for morning and daytime snacks. It’s ideal if you want to be central, and I’d recommend it for a weekend visit.

The location is great, and you can get anywhere in Mahon from the hotel. Our room was clean, tidy and beautiful, and the interior is really nice. The staff were friendly, professional and helped us with everything we needed. We’d definitely come again and recommend it!
