Can Albertí 1740 Hotel Boutique

A great boutique hotel and an ideal base for a few days in Port Mahon. It’s very well situated, and Sonia and the team gave us a warm welcome. We hope to return someday. Bonne continuation!

The staff are what stand out most. There’s real enthusiasm, cheerfulness and pride in their work, and nothing seems too much trouble. After only 24 hours at Can Alberti, we already know we’ll come back in years to come. It’s a charming boutique hotel where a lot of care has gone into the guest experience. Our spotlessly clean room has a private roof terrace and lovely eco-friendly products. Breakfast downstairs on the terrace is beautifully presented, with lots of choices including a cooked option. When we arrived, we were given access to a personalised interactive map with recommendations for restaurants, churches, museums and boat trips. It’s a calm, happy place to stay, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The domestic staff were fantastic, and breakfast was wonderful. The central location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the bus station. But the room disappointed me: it was fairly basic, had little natural light and no view at all, just white walls outside. You need to be fairly self-sufficient here. We probably wouldn’t stay again.

The rooms were great, breakfast was great, and the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing. Mar, Sonia and Maria Gracia were incredibly helpful. They arranged for our rooms to be next to each other, helped us get a mobility scooter and recommended places to visit and eat. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Thanks to you all.
