The place was spotless and modern, with all the amenities we needed, including lovely air conditioning. It felt closer to a four-star stay than a three-star one. We'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

8/10
The location made it easy to explore, less than a five-minute walk from town and its shops and restaurants. Check-in was hassle-free, and the reception team at la Isla were friendly and ready to help. Our medium-sized room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was delightful. We heard a little noise from other guests coming and going, but otherwise the hotel was so quiet. I'd highly recommend it for a few days in mahon.

Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the rooms are spacious and nicely equipped. It's a lovely family hotel right in the center of Mahon. We'll come back next time we're in Mahon.

We had a relaxing stay, and the service was good, with everyone very friendly. The breakfast for hotel guests was a bit disappointing. We ate in the adjoining hostal, where the menu was limited.

A family member died, so I couldn't make the trip in time because I had to attend the funeral. I was willing to rebook for a later date, but they refused. Very poor customer service.
