Apartamento Plaza de los Naranjos

Really noisy in the evening.

We ended up finding somewhere else to stay because the apartment was in deplorable shape. It was dirty, the bulbs were burnt out, the blinds were broken and the refrigerator looked like an iceberg, among other problems. The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. Worse still was the owner's attitude. A certain Pablo never spoke to us directly and told us to take our complaint to Booking.com. Be very careful with this place. A real disgrace.

The apartment was uninhabitable, so we had to find somewhere else to stay, and the owner refused to refund us. The photos had promised charming accommodation in central Marbella, but what we found was broken electrical outlets, loose hanging lamps, a strong musty smell, cracked walls and doors that wouldn't close. Cockroaches ran in and out of holes in the kitchen door frame, and ants crossed the countertop. The owner seemed to think all of this was perfectly normal. He asked what we expected for that price in Marbella's center, and said he'd rent it for more after renovating. We only expected somewhere clean and in decent condition that looked like the photos on Google or Booking.com.

We had to look for somewhere else to stay as soon as we saw the place. The gallery photos give a misleading impression. I have more pictures, but included just one example. Disappointing and shameful.
