The house was a good size and every room had air conditioning. The garden was lovely, with a fire pit that worked well for a family lunch, and the pool was our favourite part. Tennis fans will like the court too. The location is great, with narrow streets but enough parking and a remote-controlled front gate. WiFi covered the whole house and was excellent at 500Mbit/s. The one real downside was the unbelievable number of mosquitoes.

The gardens are lovely, but the houses are very old. My car was hit and the security cameras weren’t working. For Marbella, residents don’t have enough protection. Security could be much better, with a guard to help people feel safer, especially given the high incomes and considerable costs in this luxurious area. The organization could improve too. Management should focus on helping clients instead of trying to get money out of them and selling the idea that living in Marbella means luxury.
