We tried this hotel for a recent family holiday after reading the newer reviews. The room worked well as a base and was cleaned daily, with fresh towels each day. We had no complaints about the staff. The all-inclusive food was buffet style, but it got repetitive after a while. There were plenty of places within walking distance: San Pedro was a 15-minute walk one way, and Puerto Banus was 40 minutes the other way along the beach, where you see the wealthy with their yachts and supercars. All in all, it was a good holiday, and we've ticked Spain off the list.

The beach is an easy walk away, with plenty of places nearby for food and drinks, and the bus stop right outside makes trips to Marbella or Estepona simple. The hotel also runs free shuttles to Puerto Banus and San Pedro. We stayed in a ground-floor room beside one of the two pools, with a small terrace that gave us a bit of privacy. Everything was clean and well cared for. Meals had lots of meat, fish, and vegetables to choose from. They could feel repetitive, though the nightly specials helped, and seafood night was great. It was our first time in San Pedro, and we were glad we picked this hotel.

We had a lovely week here in June 2025. The hotel felt small and friendly, and the staff were welcoming. Our room was clean and the food was good. The drinks were unbranded on the all-inclusive plan, but perfectly fine for a 3-star place.

The grounds feel like a little village, with five pools and three bars, though some weren’t open because of the season. The hotel was very clean: paths were swept every day, tables were cleared as soon as people left, and the cleaners were so polite. There’s a supermarket just around the corner. The basic rooms really are basic, with no fridge and a charge for the safe. We had a room problem on day three, but were moved within 10 to 15 minutes. The new room was bigger and had a fridge, though nothing special. Food got a bit repetitive, but there were different themed nights. In the first week of April, there were lots of older Spanish guests. The walls are thin, so you can hear noise, especially kids shouting and alarms. For drinks, one token got you one cup, and the supplied cups were half-pint size. I brought my own plastic pint cup and Stanley, and they filled those too. The L79 bus to Puerto Banus costs €1.50 and takes three stops. A taxi back was €12. Good value, and I’d come back.
