The team made us feel looked after from start to finish, and the personal service really stood out. The rooms were beautifully designed, and every detail felt beyond what we expected. It’s a great base for exploring Marbella while still feeling intimate and exclusive. I wish every hotel could offer this level of hospitality and quality.

Parking was easy, and breakfast was included, which made for a lovely start to each morning on the terrace. The property itself is gorgeous, from the lobby and hallways to the incredible art. Our room was modern and comfortable, with an amazing bed and a cool collection of history and books. The staff deserve their own mention: attentive and friendly, always ready when we needed something without being pushy. The people running this place are doing things right. One of the dreamiest hotel stays I’ve had.

We had a wonderful stay in August 2024. Hotel Claude is just steps from shops, restaurants, and the old city’s nightlife, and the accommodation is beautiful. Every room has its own furnishings and was comfortable. The staff were helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout. Great service and an excellent location.

The room was on the small side, but charming and very clean, and we were extremely happy with the service. They let us check in early as promised, and the staff kept trying to make sure we were comfortable. It’s a warm, pleasant place with clear attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel’s scent was lovely, and the interior and art are beautiful. Alba at reception was especially kind, upbeat, helpful, and professional. I’d stay here just for the way she treated us.
