The staff were the real highlight, from the valet team and reception to the spa ladies and waiters. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive. Isaias was especially proactive and remembered our coffee preference after the first day, bringing it to us the next days without us ordering. Our newly renovated room was spacious, nicely done, and had everything you’d expect from a 5* hotel. The outdoor pool is heated and usable year-round, and the gym is one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel, with top-quality equipment and a place to exercise outside. The beach is reached by walking through the beautiful hotel garden, and Marbella old town is about 9km away. My family and I spent several days there in February and were so glad we chose it. We’ll be back, absolutely recommendable.
