We paid before arriving and weren't refunded anything, which was sad and not very nice, but that's how it is. We won't stay in this apartment again. The place was nicely decorated, but cleanliness was a bit lacking. The dishes and boards weren't clean, and there were long and short hairs in the bed we had to sleep in. We ended up cleaning the whole apartment ourselves. It seemed pretty clean in most areas, but not the bathroom, bedroom, sofa, or kitchen. On arrival, neither the roller shutter nor the door worked, so our apartment wasn't really secure on the first day, though luckily the gate to the apartments could be closed. Both were fixed on day two. That night, after dinner in the center, we found some large cockroaches and I wanted to leave straight away. We went to a hotel that was clean and fine.
