Ona Marbella Inn

The rooftop pool was amazing, with a beautiful view, and the hotel has plenty of facilities. We found the rooms spacious enough and very clean, with all the amenities within walking distance thanks to the central location. Breakfast had lots of variety, including international options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and they really looked after us to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Ruben for going to such lengths. We had a great guest experience and will remember the stay fondly. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The entertainment made our week at Ona Marbella. The team brought loads of energy and were genuinely lovely, from the daytime activities through to the evening shows. The tribute acts were especially good, and every night felt lively and fun without getting cheesy. They really made the holiday for us, and we’re already thinking about coming back. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, in a great spot just a short walk from the beach.

The bathroom water barely came out, not even enough to rinse the shampoo. Parking was the other problem. I booked with them specifically for parking, but when I arrived they said it cost extra and wasn’t included. I was willing to pay, then they told me there were no spaces left, and so on. They’re the biggest liars! I don’t recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels better than Ona Marbella Inn.

A basic hotel, but we had a pleasant stay. The communal spaces and room were clean and tidy, the air con worked well, and the maids kept us supplied with clean towels. Staff were friendly too. We only needed somewhere to sleep, and this did the job as a good budget option. We tried breakfast once, but it was basically scrambled eggs and beans, so I’d go elsewhere. We got there a couple of hours before check-in and were told the room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. After leaving our luggage and going for a local drink, we messaged Ona on WhatsApp to ask about early access. They offered it for 20 euros. When we returned, the same chap who’d said there were no rooms ready had an early check-in and a room upgrade waiting for us. Twenty euros well spent.
