The apartment was unclean, and we had no toilet paper. We called, but nobody answered. We were told we should have bought it ourselves. The €500 deposit was far too expensive, and we didn’t get all of it back. Everyone was very unfriendly. Absolutely horrible experience, save your money. I don’t recommend it.

A great little apartment with two good-sized bedrooms. The bus route is convenient, and Puerto banus is a 20-minute walk away.

They cancelled my booking a day before I was due to arrive, gave no reason, and never answered me. I’d give less than one star if I could. Very unprofessional, and I won’t book with them again. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Don’t bother with these fraudsters.

We enjoyed the apartment, and the kids loved the pool. The bedrooms and living room had a good layout and nice finishes, while the kitchen was well equipped, though we didn’t make full use of it. The terrace was lovely, with mountain views and a pleasant morning breeze. Traffic on the street below could be noisy at times. On arrival, we found that two of the three air-conditioning units weren’t working. Management sent a maintenance man on our second day, and we learned both units needed replacing rather than repair. Unfortunately, they were the ones in the bedrooms, so we had to adjust our sleeping arrangements and rely on the living room unit. The garage parking space assigned to us was too small for our mid-sized car, so we parked our rental on the street. That was inconvenient, but otherwise we had a good stay.
