The balcony is roomy enough for four to six people and looks over a crossroads and some restaurants, but noise has never been an issue. There's no sea view, though the apartment is much bigger than many others nearby. Its location is ideal, close to the beach and an easy walk from the old town. Both bedrooms are very spacious with lots of storage, and each has a full bathroom. One bathroom has a bath, the other a walk-in shower. The modern kitchen has all the usual appliances, including a microwave, full oven and hob, American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, and even a wine fridge. Nuevo Venencia downstairs is fabulous and draws plenty of locals. There's also a cocktail bar opposite with very good drinks, plus a pizza place and bakery within 30 seconds of the front door. With other amenities close by too, it works well for short or longer stays.

We had a great two weeks at Skoll Apt 544C. The ocean view was perfect, and I had a friend staying with me for one week, with other friends in another apartment. Marbella has loads to see within walking distance. We also took day trips to nearby Malaga, Gilbraltar, Malaga, and Porto Bannus. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you, Daniela 🥰

Apartment 542C had stunning views and was spotless when we arrived. The complex is so handy, about 30 seconds from the promenade and a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. Daniela was always there when we needed help and made sure everything went smoothly. It was our second stay at Skol Apartments, and my partner and I are already looking forward to coming back.

We especially appreciated how well the apartment worked for our party, with its walk-in shower and large veranda making things easier for someone with very limited mobility. Daniela was attentive to what we needed, and the concierge staff were helpful whenever we asked. The grounds were beautifully kept, full of colourful flowers, and the area was quiet and relaxing. We're just ending a very enjoyable holiday at the Parque apartments in Marbella and hope we can return next year, if God gives us another year. Every year is a bonus once you're past 80! From Marbella, it was easy to take trips to Málaga, Ronda, Gibraltar, and Tarifa, so the apartment made a handy base for exploring southern Spain. It’s also close to the Paseo MarÃtimo for seaside walks and not far from the Old Town’s restaurants, shops, and pretty streets. We found the place bright, roomy, comfortable, and equipped for a relaxing stay. We had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone wanting space and a convenient location.
