The olive oil and quality of the food are worth experiencing for yourself. Great agroturismo!

We spent seven nights here at the end of August with our two little kids, aged 1 and 3, and had such a good, easygoing family break. The pool was clean and spacious, surrounded by nature, and worked well for a swim or a quiet afternoon with the children. The beautiful bungalows are thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable outdoor areas and a real sense of privacy. There’s a peaceful feeling everywhere, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into the place. The owners made it special. The husband quietly looks after the grounds, garden, and day-to-day running, while his wife and daughter bring warmth and cheer to breakfast. We felt welcome and cared for. Everything was calm and effortless, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Es Recó de Maria feels like more than accommodation, it’s a feeling. Highly recommended.

The pool has a stunning view, and the children loved sharing the property with the geese and peacocks. Antoni and his family made our stay even more enjoyable, with food catered delightfully. It was a lovely, warm visit, with nature and peaceful accommodation coming together perfectly.

The location is stunning, with plants, peacocks, geese, and other animals wandering around the grounds. It’s a family-run place, and the owners live on site. They’re helpful, friendly, and accommodating. You’ll need a car or bike since bus and train services aren’t nearby, which is why I gave the location four stars. Breakfast is served daily, but check what’s available for lunch and dinner when booking. I got a bit stuck without a car and unsure about evening meals, but once I spoke to them, it was sorted. The food is delicious. They run the site on solar power and are gradually extending it, so air conditioning isn’t available in every room yet, though fans are provided. I enjoyed a swim, too.
