The staff were so kind and helped us with everything, and they surprised my boyfriend with a birthday cake, such a thoughtful touch. We stayed for four days, and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast changed every morning, too. It’s a dreamy place, and staying here made our trip together feel even more special. I’d love to come back!

Just a heads-up, taxis and Ubers booked through the apps may not come to collect you here. We had a very relaxing, homey stay. The building and facilities are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were superb, polite, and happy to accommodate us. Breakfast was included, and they brought out what they’d prepared that morning. It was great, usually toast, homemade marmalade, Greek natural yogurt, something sweet like cake, and a protein such as scrambled eggs or salami. They can cater for vegans and vegetarians as well. We booked dinner one evening. It was very nice, though pricey: a different three-course set menu each night, for 30€ per person, with drinks extra. Ours was gazpacho, cod with red peppers and scalloped potatoes, then store-bought chocolate cake with whipped cream and strawberry.

The train station is 2 km away, about a 30-minute walk, and from there you can get to most places cheaply. A ticket to Palma costs 1.80€. I walked there, but you’ll need some way to get around, whether that’s a rental car, bike, or scooter. The hotel is right in the middle of the island, so transport helps if you want to explore. I had a wonderful few days. It’s quiet, with a spacious room, a lovely garden and swimming pools, and a nice breakfast. Everything was clean and had AC to keep the room cool. The staff were very friendly, and señor Pedro was amazing, answering my questions and chatting with me. He even helped arrange a taxi to the airport before checkout. I’d recommend it if you prefer somewhere away from busy, crowded cities and can get around. I’ll definitely return someday.

We had a late checkout so we could work, and the small pools were nice for cooling off while sunbathing. The drinks at the self-service bar were cheap. We also really appreciated the friendly cleaner, who tidied the room and made the bed every day. Thanks! The area is rural and remote, so I wouldn’t stay here without a car. Our bedroom was near the main entrance and we could hear a lot, including noise from next door. The internet speed was poor and frustrating, though 4G reception was strong. Some staff weren’t very confident in English. Breakfast was set for each day, and some days were better than others, probably depending on what they had, but there was always fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, bread, and homemade jam and marmalade. The good parts: the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast lady, and bigger pets can stay for free, which is unusual on Mallorca. There’s free parking by the building, an interesting old monastery complex with views over Palma, and a quiet natural setting. We liked eating breakfast outside in the morning sun under the trees. It’s still five stars from me because they really made us feel at home. I managed the drawbacks, and me and Nolly would be happy to come by again.
