The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the bathroom was extremely clean too. Service was personal, and the prices seemed fair. There’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel at reasonable prices. In winter, parking on the property seemed expensive when there was plenty of space on the streets. I can imagine that’s different in high season. If I return to Matalascañas, I’ll definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend.

Great value for a dog-friendly hotel. Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms, and there was no kettle or coffee machine in ours. The fridge barely got cold. You can park for free outside the hotel or pay to park inside the grounds.

The staff were super kind and patient with us, and we had a nice stay overall. The pool is open from morning until evening, and rental bikes and a transfer to the beach are available. The hotel is an 18-minute walk from the beach. We didn’t mind walking, except when it was extremely hot. Our room’s AC still wasn’t really cooling it after six hours, so we spent most of the night trying to cool ourselves down. The rooms also have poor noise isolation: we could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were right beside us, and could hear conversations in other rooms too.

I visited as a kid, and it’s nice to see how much the place has improved. The quality, comfort, and service were all better this time. The buffet food was nice, and there were plenty of parking spaces outside. The beach is extremely close, which adds to the appeal. I just wished there were some kind of workout area.
