307-304 Universal Holiday Centre The apartment is spacious and looks out over a pretty cove, but we were disappointed by the rest. The photos online are outdated and misleading, and the furnishings are basic and old. The owner left us without the pole for the awning, and there wasn’t even a parasol to make up for it. When we arrived, the place wasn’t clean. There were only two bowls for five guests, the broom couldn’t be used, and the floor-cleaning supplies were in the same state. We went to the agency the next day, and they gave us the missing items. We waited throughout our two-week stay for mattress protectors, which never came. The air conditioning was too dirty to use. The agency talks about being professional, but its lack of oversight made it complicit in these problems. It also kept the security deposit contrary to the contract. If this review is published, I strongly advise newcomers to be extremely vigilant.

We spent Easter here and enjoyed the surroundings and the balcony view just as much as the apartment.

The sea view was magnificent, but the apartment was dirty, with dirty dishes despite having a dishwasher. There was a smell in the apartment and on the sheets. The front door handle was broken; we reported it and it was repaired the next day. I still don’t understand how the cleaning lady missed all of this. Thanks to the previous tenant for leaving the place dirty.
