The balcony was lovely, with a beach view and evening sun, and the apartment was very clean and central. It’s across from the beach, close to supermarkets, restaurants, Burger King and McDonald's. A good night’s sleep is guaranteed, and we look forward to coming back. You have to check in at the Blaumar hotel next door, which also gives you free access to its pool and amenities. The apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and two fold-out beds in the other. It’s basically for sleeping, with dining out the better option. The electrical setup is awkward: the toaster socket is in the hot press, the kettle socket is just inside the front door near the floor, or you can overload the TV socket or use the one by the sink. There’s no draining board by the sink, and no cooker or oven.

The location is very good and the staff are nice, but the apartments weren’t as advertised. They weren’t spacious or particularly nice.

We booked the apartment for a weekend because pets were allowed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff who checked us in came from another hotel and were very friendly. There was nothing provided for the kitchen, not even paper towels or detergent, yet we were told to leave everything washed. There was no coffee maker either, so we couldn’t make breakfast. They also took a long time to return the deposit.

We stayed during Halloween week, and the stay itself was fine. But while I was leaving, I realized my lottery ticket had been taken from a case where I’d kept it safely. Staff came into the apartment to clean, and I suspect that’s when it went missing. I’d prefer they didn’t enter the apartment at all if this is going to happen. I called reception several times as I was leaving, but I’m still waiting for an answer. Anyone staying there should keep valuables secure.
