Sosiego Hostal de Mar

The quick replies by email and WhatsApp made up for not having people around. I got a response to every question within a minute, and I'd recommend Sosiego to anyone visiting the area. It's modern, very clean, and the facilities are great. I slept really well, and the bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was good, though basic. My room was very small, with a narrow single bed that I nearly fell out of once. The air conditioning was directly above the bed; it was so hot I switched it on for a while, but the air blowing right on me left me with a sore throat. Maybe the room layout could be changed.

The place was spotless and really nice. The room felt a bit snug, so I'd say two people at most. Breakfast could be better: the yogurt tasted like candy, and most of what was offered was carbs. We had coffee and bread, then went out to eat.

The location is quiet and central, and the modern hotel was very clean. Rooms are on the modest side, though, and the soundproofing was poor despite the quiet surroundings. There aren't many staff, so we missed a personal touch. Breakfast is self-service; having someone available to top up the coffee and food would be a polite suggestion.

A lovely roof terrace, and I was surprised by the electric curtain track. Everything seemed new, the bed was very comfortable, and you can tell the owner cares. The location is very quiet. Check-in was self-service and went smoothly. Breakfast was basic but nice, with good coffee, and there was kitchen access with tea and coffee too. I'd recommend staying here.
