The streets are really narrow in this ancient town, so think about that if you’re driving a larger vehicle. There’s parking nearby. We found the hotel modern and clean, with lovely views from its hilltop setting. The bathroom had the sulfur smell others mentioned, but shutting the door took care of it. WiFi was fine, breakfast was very simple, and the service was great. I’d recommend it.

It was a pleasant stay, though a few basics would have made it better. I missed having slippers, a kettle, and complimentary tea or coffee. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The WiFi was inconveniently out for the first few hours.

We came for the Belen and stayed two nights in a beautiful hotel, in a lovely Pueblo setting. The bar staff were friendly and delightful, which made the booking and billing mess all the more disappointing. Booking online was difficult and somehow ended up as two rooms instead of one for two people. They emailed to say it had been corrected, but on arrival I was told we’d booked two rooms. I showed the gentleman their email, yet when we checked out, another receptionist charged us for both. The problem still wasn’t resolved. Also, skip the cheese platter as a starter. €18 is ridiculous.

The food was great, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone made sure we were well looked after. The rooms had a romantic, old fashioned feel and were wonderfully clean. We had a great experience at the Hotel.
