There are plenty of hikes nearby for different ability levels, and the sunsets over the surrounding nature are incredible. You can drive up to this fantastic hostel at the foot of Peña Mayor. The hospitality was great, and the food was delicious with options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Highly recommend it.

For the price, this is definitely somewhere you should stay. It's a cosy little hostel in a peaceful setting, and the owner is really nice.

Mamel's two little dogs completely won us over. We spent New Year's Eve here with our family, and he made us a delicious dinner. The next day we took in the beautiful surroundings and those incredible views. It's such a lovely place, and Mamel was so kind and welcoming. Thanks so much for everything. Hugs ❤️ We'll definitely be back soon.

We stopped for lunch after a short hike nearby and ate on the terrace, where the views were spectacular. It's a small place, but the food was all delicious and reasonably priced, and the owner was very friendly. The last kilometer of road from the previous village is really narrow, which is the one downside, but making the effort to get there is well worth it.
