Apartamento Almendra

It's a nice house in a perfect city-center location, with two paid parking lots close by. Our apartment's street-facing window had no curtain, so we had to stay warm the whole time. The owner kindly offered to switch apartments, but we'd already settled in by then. Also, the bathroom door doesn't shut properly and opens a little by itself.

The bathroom was the main problem for me: the shower clogs, and a sewage smell gets into the whole apartment unless I leave the bathroom windows open and keep its door completely shut. I told the owner, but after seeing other reviews mention it, I think he must already know. He hasn't replied. To be clear in response to what the owner said, Mr. Fernando, you never told me anything about the sewage smell. Older reviews mention it too, so this isn't new. Regards. Ronda's central location is handy, but makes parking difficult. The apartment is clean and has just enough for a few days. The sofa is small, uncomfortable, and noisy, and there's dampness on the wall.

Parking takes some looking around the area, which is a bit tricky right in the center. The apartment itself is clean and tidy, very simple but modern, and ideal for a couple. Definitely perfect, 100% recommended.

We loved both the apartment and the city. The place is new, clean, pleasant, and quiet, and very close to the old town. My only suggestion is to swap the shower curtain for a screen.
