The staff were attentive, but our family’s apartment at Jardin Playa de Menorca felt incomplete. It lacked the little things that would make me want to return, and if you arrive late you have to buy everything to have breakfast. I also think the place needs a facelift. The cleaning was a much bigger problem, especially on the first day. The kitchen hadn’t been touched, and we had to wash stained utensils ourselves. The mirrors weren’t clean either. We told the manager. They said they use a cleaning company, but the videos and photos I have, which I won’t upload out of decency, show how much it leaves to be desired. They should consider changing companies.

The kitchen had everything I needed, the bedroom was comfortable, and the WiFi worked so well I could stream. The beach was really close, so if you forgot something you could pop back and get it without a long walk. It was a very, very great place to stay, and I’ll definitely be returning.

The terrace had lovely sea views, and there was plenty of room in the apartment. The staff were professional and ready to help. Such a great location, we'll be back 😎

The beach is incredible, and you step straight onto it from the apartment. Everything was amazing and matched the ad. From Vallecas to Menorca, imagine that!
