We found this villa to be the worst place we’ve ever stayed. It looked nothing like the brochure photos. When we arrived in September 2024, the oven needed cleaning before we could use it, and the general cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sunbeds were hard white plastic with no foam mattresses, so they were uncomfortable to lie on. I have photos, but don’t know how to upload them to the site. They’re shocking. We complained, but the response turned the blame back on us for arriving early. Check-in was at 4pm and we got there around 3. There weren’t any cleaners there, so how could they blame us for the job not being done?
