Comitas Tramontana Park

The terrace views are amazing, and the pool area was nice and clean. The rooms were clean too, and the location is good, close to a bus stop. The food was reasonably priced, with a good choice for both dinner and breakfast. Lovely place.

We’ve visited Ibiza, Mallorca, Formentera, and Menorca over the years, and this is our favourite place in the Balearic islands. The hotel is a quiet, family-friendly spot with a comfortable pool area and fantastic views of the sea and cliffs. There’s often a fresh breeze in summer, which fits the name “Tramontana,” the cool northern wind. The aparthotel setup works really well for us: you get a small apartment with a kitchen, along with hotel services like daily room cleaning and buffet breakfast. The pool stays pleasantly cool in summer and never gets too crowded. You can also head down to the sea for some snorkelling. Cala Tarant beach nearby is beautiful and doesn’t get too crowded, even in high season. With a rental car, you can reach all the hot spots in about 30 minutes. The hotel is central on the island, making it easy to visit Mahon, Ciutadella, Es Mercadal, and the popular beaches. The area is lovely for cycling and walking too. The “Cami de Cavalls” trails are easy to get to and take only modest effort, so they’re suitable for family hikes.

The coast view was breathtaking, and even weeks later I still miss our room. The hotel is beautiful and made the trip feel like a dream holiday. There wasn’t much shade around the swimming pool, which is something to keep in mind if you have small kids.

The restaurant was a highlight, and the whole stay was excellent. At breakfast, Edu made sure everything was available throughout the service, while floor manager Cristina and her staff were kind and eager to help. Reception were accommodating and helpful from the start, and I really appreciated the extra effort they made for us. The peaceful setting and incredible views made us love the location. Our room was set up for a comfortable stay, with a handy kitchenette, a super-comfortable mattress, and a fantastic shower. They cleaned and reset the room each day, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Thanks, Comitas team!
